A leading telecommunications provider in Preston is seeking motivated individuals for the role of Sales Advisor. You will engage with customers, build relationships, and recommend suitable EE products and services. The position offers a starting salary of £21,620 with potential to rise to £25,684 post-apprenticeship, as well as uncapped commission. Job Description: Outbound Sales Agents – we’re looking for passionate, motivated individuals who take pride in their work to join our outbound sales team. You’ll be contacting former and existing customers and building strong relationships to recommend the right EE products and services.
What you’ll be doing: You’ll speak with customers over the phone, getting to know what matters most to them, building strong relationships, and recommending the right EE products and services to suit their needs. You’ll use your energy and ambition to thrive and meet goals, and grow your skills along the way. From the latest mobile tech, broadband, and smart home solutions, every conversation is a chance to make a real impact and grow your confidence.
Apprentice requirements: As part of your apprenticeship you’ll complete a 15‑month NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service. We’ll support you every step of the way – including one dedicated study day a week, guidance from a college tutor, and extra coaching to help you feel confident in your role.

Location: EE North Tyneside (Silver Fox Way, NE27 0QJ) OR EE Gosforth (BT Customer Contact Centre, NE12 8ET).
Salary: £21,620 plus incentives throughout the year!
Salary: Starting £24,000 basic, increasing to £26,000 with role progression. Role includes uncapped commission (up to £50,000 OTE).
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week – shift pattern Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
Holidays: 29 days (including bank holidays) – rises to 31 after 1 year.
Salary: £12 – £13 per hour plus uncapped commission. Full‑time, with a city‑centre location – just minutes from all major transport links.
