Job summary

Plumb Centre in Gillingham is hiring a Part Time Apprentice Sales Advisor to join the team at our trade counter and over the phone. This 20-hour-per-week role offers hands-on product knowledge, customer service training and opportunities to learn while earning.

You’ll build relationships with customers, prepare quotations, and identify opportunities to grow branch sales. The position includes a salary of £11,000 plus bonus and benefits, with the apprenticeship programme (Trade Supplier Level 2).

Qualifications

• Previous customer facing experience is preferred.
• A confident, positive and approachable attitude.
• A genuine passion for providing great customer service.
• The enthusiasm to work as part of a team and support colleagues in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
