Job summary

Arcadis is offering an Apprenticeship to join the central Pursuits Team as a Pursuit Coordinator, driving early career development through on-the-job learning and exposure to multiple sectors. The programme supports accreditation and chartership where applicable, with structured training and mentoring.

You will complete the Level 3 Bid and Proposal Coordinator standard through RHG Consult on a day-release basis, gaining professional qualifications while earning a living in the UK.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (Maths & English) required.
• UK/EU/EAA resident for duration of course.
• 18 years old by apprenticeship start.
• Demonstrate resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork.
• Excellent communication to influence and consult stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Join the central Pursuits Team as Apprentice Pursuit Coordinator to help win new business by creating compelling, customer-focused proposals.
• Work with experienced Pursuit Managers to learn how organisations compete, win work and build client relationships.
• Gain hands-on experience across sectors, from defence to healthcare, through structured on-the-job training.
• Complete the Level 3 Bid and Proposal Co-ordinator standard via RHG Consult with day-release delivery.
