Qualifications

• Experience in coaching or mentoring apprentices.
• Strong communication skills to support and engage learners.
• Organizational skills to manage a caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Tripartite Reviews with apprentices and line managers.
• Monitor apprentices' progress and address barriers.
• Support apprentices in applying their Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours.
