A leading healthcare provider in Slough is offering a two-year apprenticeship to become a Pharmacy Technician. This role involves practical training and study, under supervision, across various hospital pharmacy services. Candidates will gain essential skills, including stock management and dispensing prescriptions, while contributing to a supportive work environment that values work-life balance.
The post holder will undertake a two-year apprenticeship programme, combining practical training with study to achieve the Level 3 Pharmacy Technician qualification, including Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English (if required). Under the supervision of registered Pharmacy Technicians and Pharmacists, the apprentice will gain experience across all areas of hospital pharmacy, including medicines receipt, storage, distribution, and dispensing.
