A prominent healthcare provider in Torquay seeks an Apprentice Podiatry Assistant Practitioner to support podiatric care and education. The role involves assisting with treatment plans, patient education, and administrative support, while pursuing a Foundation Degree. Candidates should hold an NVQ level 3 and have GCSE in Maths and English. The position offers a fixed-term contract aimed at fostering development in the podiatry field.

As an Apprentice Podiatry Assistant Practitioner you will assist the team in the provision of assessment, treatment and interventions for our caseload within Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust, and will work across a range of clinics across Torbay and South Devon.
Should you be successful in the recruitment and selection process, you will initially commence employment on a Fixed Term 24 month contract at NHS AfC Band 3 with the view to progress to a permanent Band 4 member of our workforce, subject to evidence of successful competencies and qualification(s).
