Job summary

Probe UK is seeking two Ambitious Planning Apprentices to join our Birmingham operation. You will learn how a global manufacturing business keeps production moving behind the scenes while gaining practical skills in planning, logistics and business systems.

No prior experience required, with long-term development supported by funded education and structured on-the-job training. This is a permanent day-role in a dynamic manufacturing environment, offering real career progression from day one.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 GCSEs equivalent to a C grade or above, including English and Mathematics.
• Ready to learn, motivated, and eager to develop a career in planning and manufacturing.
• Organised with attention to detail and good communication within a team.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders and manage production paperwork.
• Coordinate transport and deliveries to ensure on-time production.
• Track materials and stock movements across the supply chain.
• Support production schedules and supplier operations.
• Use business systems and Excel to manage information and maintain accurate records.
