Tees Active is recruiting Level 2 qualified Swimming Teachers to deliver Learn to Swim classes at various venues through our Tees Active Learn to Swim scheme. You will be passionate about swimming, connect with customers, and develop creative classes following the Swim England framework.

Learn to Swim operates for 50 weeks of the year. The role offers a casual position with no set hours, and the hourly rate is £16.74 including holiday pay.

Qualifications

• ASA/Swim England level 2 qualification or equivalent is essential.
• Previous experience would be beneficial, but customer connection is important.
• Ability to connect with customers from all walks of life.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking to recruit Level 2 qualified Swimming Teacher(s) to deliver a range of classes available through our Tees Active Learn to Swim scheme.

About You

You will need to be passionate about swimming and willing to go the extra mile to help our customers reach their goals by developing creative and innovative classes following the Swim England Learn to Swim Scheme.

An ASA/Swim England level 2 qualification or equivalent is essential. Previous experience would be beneficial, however the ability to connect with our customers and get on positively with people from all walks of life is more important.

Our Learn to Swim programme operates for 50 weeks of the year.
