Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Apprentice Landscaper to join our team. As an apprentice you’ll learn the trade through on‑the‑job training and support while assisting with a range of landscaping tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in the landscaping industry and work toward a nationally‑recognised qualification (if applicable).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction and maintenance of residential and commercial landscapes
• Prepare job sites (e.g. clearing debris, digging, leveling soil)
• Plant trees, shrubs and other greenery according to plans
• Lay turf, paving, retaining walls and irrigation systems
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and machinery safely
• Follow instructions from senior team members and supervisors
• Clean up job sites and maintain a tidy work environment
• Adhere to all workplace safety procedures and policies
• Attend and participate in training sessions or coursework (if part of a formal apprenticeship)

Skills & Experience

• Genuine interest in landscaping and outdoor work
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
• Good communication skills and team attitude
• Punctual and reliable
• Driver’s licence (preferred but not always required)
