Job summary

Howdens Joinery invites applicants to join its Whitby Depot as an apprentice in fitted furniture design. You will measure homes, plan and design kitchens and bedrooms, and build relationships with trade customers while learning to use design tools and systems. A mentor will support you throughout the 12-15 month program.

Applicants should be friendly, reliable, and keen to pursue a long-term career. A valid UK driving licence for visiting customer premises is required.

• Must be eager to learn and develop in a sales design environment

About the apprenticeship

• Location: Whitby Depot
• £16,686 salary plus team incentives
• Qualification: Level 3 Fitted Furniture Technician
• Duration: 12-15 months
• Support to achieve Maths & English (if needed)
• A dedicated mentor and supportive Depot Manager
