The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice IT Technician to join our dedicated IT Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, providing vital first and second-line technical support to our staff and students and ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems.
Based primarily across our Slough and Langley campuses, you will be the first point of contact for IT queries. You will diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues with a logical approach, escalating complex problems where necessary while always maintaining a high standard of customer service. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the IT infrastructure that supports all teaching, learning, and administrative activities across the college.
