The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an Apprentice IT Technician to join our IT Services team at our Slough and Langley campus on a full-time, fixed-term basis. Please note that this is an apprenticeship with an expected end date of 2 years from commencement. This role pays the National Living Wage of £23,957.10.

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice IT Technician to join our dedicated IT Services team. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn, providing vital first and second-line technical support to staff and students and ensuring the seamless operation of our IT systems.

Based primarily across our Slough and Langley campus, you will be the first point of contact for IT queries. You will diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues with a logical approach, escalating complex problems where necessary while always maintaining a high standard of customer service. This role is crucial for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the IT infrastructure that supports all teaching, learning, and administrative activities across the college.
