As an apprentice, you'll receive practical and professional training from the start, working alongside experienced colleagues and mentors. Regular reviews with your manager, mentor, and tutor will help track your progress and provide support.
Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, and subject to vacancy availability and criteria, there may be an opportunity for a permanent role.
We are seeking 2 confident and self-motivated individuals to join our Housing Operations team. The role involves studying for a Level 3 Gas Engineer qualification, with training delivered via day or block release at college. The schedule is four days at work and one day at college weekly, or one week at college and three weeks at work in block release.
This opportunity is ideal for those starting or reskilling their careers, with some basic knowledge of the trade and a good standard of Maths and English (GCSE 4/C or above). A Level 2 Functional Skills qualification may be required if not already achieved.
As part of the recruitment process, candidates will need to attend a trial day with safety boots.
