Our programme runs for 24 months, during which time our apprentices will gain a vast amount of work experience within areas of our policing environment. Alongside this you will study a level 2 or 3 qualification relevant to the role.
We are the largest geographical police force in England and Wales, proudly serving the communities of Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire, and Powys. The population we serve may be small in numbers (around 515,000 people) but the dynamic landscape means we must be innovative with our policing approach to cater for our communities’ differing needs, which includes a vibrant tourist economy during the summer months.
