Job summary

Connells Group, home of opportunity, is seeking an Apprentice Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator for the William H Brown branch in Dewsbury. You will gain hands-on estate agency experience while you work toward a professional qualification through trusted providers.

You will develop administration, sales and marketing skills, with exposure to Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes and other services. Progression opportunities and in-house training are available.

Qualifications

• Motivated to pursue a career in sales and property.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literate with MS Office, internet and email.
• Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to learn.
• Committed to completing the apprenticeship.
• Hold a full UK driving licence or be learning to drive.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to the sales team and wider business.
• Handle day-to-day enquiries by phone, email and in person.
• Register customers and assist in their property search.
• Visit properties and support branch activity outside the office.
• Canvass for new business opportunities and potential sales.
• Conduct accompanied property viewings with customers.
• Earn monthly commission and benefit from in-house apprenticeship training.
