About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Engineer to join our team at NOV's Plymouth manufacturing site. This opportunity is ideal for individuals eager to build a career in engineering within a globally recognized innovator of FRP composite and thermoplastic materials. As an Apprentice Engineer, you will develop practical fabrication and manufacturing skills, using your existing mathematical and technical knowledge to become a key member of our team. The structured Apprenticeship Development Plan includes a three-year hands-on training programme with rotational experience across our factory, gaining insight into the full product lifecycle. You will attend college on a day-release basis to achieve a Level 3 qualification, with full support and guidance from NOV throughout your journey.
