Job summary

Busy Bees Sudbury Hill is recruiting an Early Years Apprentice. You will learn on the job while delivering age-appropriate activities under the EYFS framework in a busy nursery in West London.

Join a leading national group offering dedicated mentoring, progress coaching, and bespoke development courses. You will gain hands-on experience and support to grow a long-term career in childcare.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at least grade 3/D or Level 2 Functional Skills.
• Desirable: A Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
• Support the team to provide high-quality childcare and positive learning experiences for all children.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Ensure children's individual needs are understood and met.
• Contribute to safeguarding of all children.
• Work towards completing your apprenticeship provided by Busy Bees Education and Training within the expected timeframe.
• Show enthusiasm and commitment to your own development.

Job description

To meet funding eligibility, you must have been a resident in the UK for at least the 3 consecutive years.
