Job summary

Wellholme Park Family Hub and Nursery is seeking an Apprentice Early Years Practitioner (Level 2) to support the learning and development of children aged 0-5 years. The apprentice will work 37 hours per week within a 1-year-plus program, combining practical care with practical study time.

You will learn to provide holistic care, build relationships with families, and comply with EYFS requirements while EDEN TRAINING SOLUTIONS LIMITED delivers the apprenticeship training.

Qualifications

• GCSE English Language at grade 4/C or above.
• GCSE Maths at grade 4/C or above.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care to children in the nursery.
• Ensure a high standard and consistent quality of care at all times.
• Collaborate with leaders and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Create a positive, structured environment where children are respected as individuals.
• Build strong relationships with parents and carers to meet children's needs.
• Work in line with the EYFS framework and relevant legislation.
