Job summary

Courtyard Dental Practice in Saffron Walden, part of PortmanDentex, is seeking an Experienced Trainee Dental Nurse to join a supportive team. The role includes on-the-job training funded by the practice and a structured development pathway.

Starting rate is £12.21 per hour with a full schedule Monday to Thursday 8am–5:15pm, Friday 8am–4:45pm, and one Saturday per month 8:45am–1:15pm. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a commitment to professional growth within a leading nationwide

Qualifications

• At least 6 months experience in a dental practice.
• Ideally Maths & English GCSE grade A-C/4-9 or Key Skills/Functional Skills Level 2.

Responsibilities

• Monday-Thursday 8am-5:15pm 1hour lunch Friday 8am-4:45pm 30min lunch, 1 Saturday per month 8:45am-1:15pm
• Starting rate is £12.21ph (National Minimum Wage)
• Training supported by our highly experienced, supportive team - your course will be fully funded by us and is overseen by an external course provider
• Beautiful practice near main bus routes

About you

• Ideally Maths & English GCSE grade A-C/4-9 or Key Skills/Functional Skills Level 2

• Keen to learn how to perform high quality dental nursing whilst assisting each dentist, hygienist or therapist in a wide variety of procedures
