A leading healthcare provider in the United Kingdom seeks a Dental Nurse trainee to provide clinical support within a multi-disciplinary team. This position involves assisting dentists and hygienists, handling patient care including General Anaesthesia, and fulfilling clerical duties. Candidates should be committed to achieving their Level 3 Dental Nursing qualification. The role promises a dynamic environment focused on patient care and supporting a diverse community.
To work towards completing Level 3 Dental Nursing qualification and in doing so provide clinical support to dentists, hygienists and patients, assist clerical duties as required and perform such other tasks as reasonably requested by the Senior Dental Nurse and/or Paediatric Dental Co-Ordinator. This will involve training and working as part of the Paediatric multi-disciplinary team to deliver a high standard of dental care to our patients, many of whom have complex needs. S/he will ensure the effective day to day running of the department and will assist the clinicians in all aspects of patient care including General Anaesthesia and Inhalation Sedation.
