A Day in the Life – Expect Variety, Learning, and Real Responsibility

From day one, you’ll be part of our dynamic team, gaining hands‑on experience while working toward a nationally recognised Data Technician Level 3 qualification. You’ll be exposed to industry‑standard tools such as SQL, Power BI, and R (full training provided!) and will play a key role in how we manage and analyse our business and compliance data.

Your role will include:
  • Logging, maintaining and updating data in our CRM and internal databases
  • Learning the ins and outs of data classification and reporting
  • Supporting the management of digital systems and data processes
  • Using Excel and other tools to record and analyse technical data, supporting decision‑making
  • Assisting with weekly reconciliation and data audits
  • Liaising with clients, partners and labs to resolve queries and keep processes running smoothly
  • Helping generate reports, summaries and audit information for different audiences
  • Getting involved in system development projects and process improvements
  • Developing your skills in data visualisation and reporting
