A leading training provider in Manchester is seeking an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to enhance their customer service team. This role involves making outbound calls and resolving client enquiries. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided to ensure success in the role. Due to the continued expansion of the business, Clarity is investing in the Customer Service function for an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to proactively promote additional services whilst maintaining a central hub for resolving enquiries and issues.
Clarity are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious individual who can demonstrate excellent telephone skills, outstanding written and verbal communication, a passion for customer care, the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and problem solve. Previous experience is not required as full training will be provided, with the apprenticeship embedding the skills gained to guarantee success.
Reporting through the Customer Services Manager, the individual will play an integral role in the continuous development of the function.
The main responsibilities include proactive outbound calls to our existing client base supporting regular marketing campaigns and gaining an insight into client experiences. Dealing with client enquiries and utilising this information to develop client education material. Complaints handling and problem resolution, ensuring each complaint is fully documented and a resolution is provided on a timely basis.
