Job summary

Renault Trucks in Dunstable offers an Apprentice Service Advisor (CSR) role, based at Renault Truck Commercials. The 12-month apprenticeship is followed by a 3-month End Point Assessment (EPA) period. You will learn through a combination of online learning and in-centre assessments, while supporting front-of-house customer service tasks.

Hours are Mon-Fri 8am–5pm (40 hours/week). Pay varies by age: 16–17 £8.24, 18–20 £11.18, 21+ £12.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• Understand and perform front-of-house customer service tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Develop skills in communication, problem-solving, and professional conduct.
• Prepare for the End Point Assessment and demonstrate competence according to the apprenticeship standard.

Responsibilities

• Provide a first impression to customers, by phone or in person at Renault Trucks dealership.
• Act as a key link between customer, workshop, invoicing and the Manager, ensuring excellent communication.
• Learn computer systems and Microsoft applications (Teams) as part of the role.

The role of a CSR within Renault Truck Commercials provides the first impression to our customers, either by phone or face to face when they come into the dealership. This role is a key link between the customer, the workshop, invoicing and the Manager, so excellent communication skills are at the core of a CSR's role. There will also be computer systems to learn alongside working on Microsoft applications including Teams.

Whilst undertaking the apprenticeship, you will be on site working alongside our team of CSRs, Parts Advisors, Workshop Manager and liaising with many internal stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to start a career within the global brand of Renault Trucks.
