Daniel Thwaites in Knutsford is offering an apprenticeship as a Commis Chef, giving you the first steps to becoming a vital part of our high-performing brigade. You will learn by doing, preparing delicious food under the guidance of our Head Chef while completing your Level 2 apprenticeship.

Starting wage £10.85 per hour (for under 20s) with a permanent job and development across all locations. We welcome applicants of all ages and provide training academies, masterclasses, and benefits

Qualifications

• Eager to learn how to cook from scratch with fresh ingredients.
• Committed to achieving high standards and developing culinary skills.
• Willing to complete Level 2 Commis Chef qualification during apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Control order and storage of food supplies.
• Prepare and present food for service as a Commis Chef.
• Adhere to food safety standards.
• Support kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
• Continue development through apprenticeship and new skills.
