Work hours are Tuesday to Sunday, 30-40 hours per week on a rota basis.

Garden Room at Samlesbury Hall in Preston are recruiting for an Apprentice Commis Chef. The successful candidate will work towards completing a Level 2 Commis Chef apprenticeship over the duration of 16 months.

• Driving licence would be good but not a requirement as regular bus routes are on route and potential lifts from Great Harwood, Rishton and Accrington areas may be available.

Hours: Tuesday - Sunday 9am - 4pm / 30 minutes break / 30 - 40 hours per week (rota basis working 5 out of 6 days)
