Qualifications

• Must pass the government set apprentice screening criteria.
• No equivalent or higher qualification required.
• Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of food.
• Contribute to high levels of customer service.
• Comply with Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulations.
• Complete all aspects of the apprenticeship programme.
• Work a variety of shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

As an Apprentice Chef with Hilton, you will be working towards a Commis Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 18 months in partnership with our apprentice training provider.

Eligibility

To enrol on an apprenticeship, you must pass the government set apprentice screening criteria. This includes not having an equivalent or higher qualification, having lived in the UK for the past 3 years, and cannot currently be in another form of education.
