The apprenticeship includes work-based training with mentor support, functional skills in English and Maths, regular reviews, and four masterclasses within the Chef Academy to develop expertise across different cooking areas.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship delivered through work-based training with mentor support.
• Functional Skills in English and Maths provided
• Reviews every 12 weeks with supervisor and coach

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food to meet specs and customer expectations.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety regulations to protect the team and diners.
• Communicate clearly with the team to deliver high-quality meals on time.
• Keep up to date with new products, menus and promotions.
