Job summary

Hilton Birmingham Metropole in the United Kingdom is seeking an Apprentice Chef to begin a hands-on culinary journey within our busy hotel kitchen. You will support experienced chefs with food preparation, cooking, and plating while gaining practical experience in a professional kitchen.

The apprenticeship runs 4 days on site at the hotel and 1 day at college, with online food hygiene training and development programs.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship in professional kitchen with hands-on training.
• Must be willing to learn essential culinary techniques and safety practices.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
