Job summary

Bishop Fleming LLP is offering a School Leaver Trainee Accountant programme starting September 2027. You will train toward the ACA or ACA/CTA, with Bishop Fleming covering training costs and ESC support, all while gaining real client exposure.

Choose between audit-focused tracks or rotational launches across teams, in a culture recognised as a great place to work. The four-year apprenticeship blends practical work with study, under ICAEW guidance, to qualify as a chartered accountant.

Qualifications

• 3 A Levels (or equivalent) totalling 96 UCAS points with CCC minimum in all three A Levels.
• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in audit, accounting, tax and advisory work from day one.
• Rotate through departments via the Launch Pad scheme and the ACA/CTA apprenticeship.
• Work with a diverse client base, from high net worth individuals to large corporates.
