Job Title: Apprentice Business Excellence Executive - LondonSalary/Hourly Rate: 30,000 per yearLocation: RemoteReporting to: Head of Business ExcellenceHours/working pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 out of 7 daysContractual Requirements: Candidates must be aged 18+Levy Business Excellence are looking to recruit a Business Excellence Executive to assist with the continuous management of our set of operating standards known within Levy as Signatures. Working to align consistency to our operation and processes. We have fantastic and varied venues that we work across and support, from world famous football grounds such as Tottenham Hotspur to Villa park. Other amazing venues include Wimbledon, the O2 and the SEC in Glasgow.You will report into the Head of Business Excellence and Business Excellence Managers working together to continually enhance guest and team member experience and our pursuit of excellence.In return we will offer not only a great package but lots of support and training with the opportunity to progress (at Levy the world is your oyster!)You do not need to have any experience to apply for this vacancy as full training will be provided as part of the apprenticeship!On completion of the Apprenticeship you will achieve the Business Administration L3 and become a qualified AdministratorThe role of Business Excellence Executive in a nutshell:To continually enhance guest experience and pursuit of excellence through delivery of clearly communicated, effective and updated company operating procedures (known in Levy as Signatures)Support in measuring compliance of operating standards through In Pursuit of Excellence (IPOE) review processOperational day visits to give constructive feedback to our venue managersCoach and support venues in implementation and maintaining of standardsSupport in optimising our Paperless system for venue teamsDemonstrate and deliver our Levy vision and values with integrityAlign standards to our fast-paced business to keep Levy ahead of competitorsTravel to our amazing venues across the UK and Ireland – travel costs covered as part of the package.Our ideal Apprentice will:Strong attention to detail.Excellent communication and coaching skills.Organisational skills for managing multiple venues.Problem-solving and adaptability.Familiarity with digital tools.Integrity and alignment with Levy’s vision and values.The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality or venue operations, with a strong understanding of compliance and operational standards.
