You’ll get hands‑on experience in:

  • Supporting projects that drive digital transformation and smarter ways of working.
  • Gathering and analysing business requirements to understand what our stakeholders really need.
  • Creating process maps, reports, and improvement proposals that make a real impact.
  • Working alongside experienced analysts and project managers in a supportive and collaborative team.

Success Criteria
  • Have already ideally achieved an A‑level in Computer Science, Maths or Business, or relevant subject, or equivalent experience, due to the Apprenticeship standard being at Level 4.
  • Have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Have an interest in technology and good general IT skills.
  • Enjoy working with a variety of colleagues from across the business, possessing strong communication and inter‑personal skills.
  • Have excellent planning and organisational skills.
