Job summary

RS Group is seeking a motivated AI Product Analyst to join the Customer Experience (CX) Team and help shape AI-powered customer journeys. You will work across the AI product lifecycle, from data analysis to prototype development, while pursuing a Level 6 Machine Learning apprenticeship qualification.

As part of the role, you'll collaborate with Product Management, Data Analytics, and UX teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exploratory data analysis on large, complex or fast-moving datasets.
• Support applied research and prototype development for AI & Machine Learning solutions.
• Assist with building and validating predictive, statistical or machine-learning models.
• Contribute to data engineering workflows, including data preparation and pipeline optimisation.
• Support Machine Learning Operation practices such as model deployment, monitoring and performance tracking.
• Build dashboards, reporting tools and visual analytics that communicate insights clearly.
• Apply best practice in data ethics, governance and regulatory compliance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

As an AI Product Analyst, you'll work at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Product Management, Data Analytics, and Customer Experience. You'll help develop AI-powered capabilities that make it easier for customers to find the right products, information, and solutions across our digital channels.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll gain practical experience across the full AI product lifecycle, including:
