Apprentice Administrator – Glasgow

Are you looking for an Administration apprenticeship? Have you considered a career in Business Administration?

Stannah is looking to recruit an ambitious Apprentice Administrator to join our team based in Glasgow. This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn and gain valuable experience in a professional environment.

Due to Branch Location own transport is desirable.

Working hours will be: Monday to Thursday 9:00 – 17:15 and Friday, 9:00 til 16:45.

Role Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Answer calls, respond to emails, and schedule services for engineers.
  • Shadow colleagues to develop skills and knowledge of the Maintenance & Repair Division.
  • Complete coursework and participate in at least 20% off‑the‑job training.
  • Maintain accuracy in work‑related documentation and follow company policies.
Training and Development
  • Duration of 12–18 months.
  • A mix of practical training, mentoring, and distance education.
  • Achievement of a recognised qualification in Business Administration.
Qualifications
  • Minimum GCSE Grade 4 (A–C) in Maths and English.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams).
  • Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
