Job summary

Little Cherubs Nursery Ltd in West Byfleet is looking for an Apprentice nursery practitioner who will train to become Level 2 or 3 qualified in Early Years. The role requires a commitment to working at least 36 hours, Monday to Friday, in a small, friendly nursery setting.

We offer a supportive environment where you will train on the job and gain hands-on experience with young children, under the supervision of experienced staff.

Job description

Our nursery is committed to following the revised Early Years Foundation Stage 2014 which outlines the standards for the learning, development and care of your child from birth up until age 5. Our team use 7 main areas of learning and development to help shape the educational programmes of the nursery.

The Unique Child reaches out to relate to people and experiences using the characteristics of effective learning in all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage. We plan using these to ensure that we engage with children's different styles of learning and encourage them to try out new styles of learning too.
