Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Engagement: Respond to inbound leads promptly and professionally, providing information about the agency's services and understanding their needs.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Effectively schedule appointments for the sales team, ensuring a smooth transition from lead to client.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications with leads to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments in the CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on appointment bookings and lead engagement metrics to the management team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
