Salary: £25,000 basic commission (OTE £35,000)

Appointment Executive – About our client: Our client is a well-established provider of bespoke mobility products, delivering high-quality solutions to customers across the UK. They pride themselves on exceptional customer service and are seeking an Appointment Executive to join their busy, supportive bookings team. This is a B2B-focused role, ideal for someone confident making outbound calls and building relationships with clients.

Monday to Thursday 08:30–17:00, Friday 08:30–15:00

Commission structure taking your on-target earnings to £35,000

Monthly reward scheme – up to £400 extra per month based on team targets

On-site parking

Potential option to move to part time after initial period

Appointment Executive – Responsibilities:
  • Making high-volume outbound calls to existing and potential business customers to book appointments and demos
  • Handling inbound enquiries and follow-up calls
  • Asking targeted questions to qualify customer interest and suitability
  • Building rapport and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Managing diaries and appointment schedules accurately
  • Achieving personal and team KPIs and targets
  • Keeping CRM systems up to date with accurate customer details and outcomes
