Responsibilities

• Design and implement ML models powering job-recommendation systems at global scale.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and product managers to define requirements.
• Participate in full software lifecycle: scoping, design, coding, testing, deployment.
• Analyze performance, run experiments, and improve the job-seeker recommendation pipeline.
• Stay current with literature and contribute to the ITA science strategy.
