• Develop innovative solutions to complex problems to extend Alexa conversational capabilities.
• Research and implement novel algorithms and modelling solutions with scientists and engineers.
• Analyze customer behaviours and define metrics to identify actionable insights and measure UX improvements.
• Communicate results to technical and non-technical audiences through reports and presentations.
