Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) offers a 2026 Applied Science internship across ML, deep learning, LLMs, speech tech, robotics, computer vision and related fields. You will tackle state-of-the-art problems by combining domain expertise with hands-on engineering to design and implement end-to-end solutions.

You will collaborate with Amazon scientists and other interns to prototype algorithms, publish results when possible, and prepare roadmaps and technical papers.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, Operations Research, Statistics or related fields.
• Experience programming in Java, C++, Python or related language.
• Publications in top-tier conferences or journals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and development of end-to-end systems for research-to-production projects.
• Collaborate with Amazon scientists and other interns to deploy solutions to production.
• Write technical white papers and roadmaps to communicate results and plans.
