Fuse is an AI-first energy company using AI to optimize generation, trading and energy delivery. This role focuses on designing experiments to select the best models, building robust evaluation and reproducible training pipelines, and creating agent systems for long‑running tasks.

You will work across teams to translate research into scalable production methods, balancing accuracy, latency and cost while advancing cutting‑edge AI in energy applications.

• Experience applying modern AI models to real-world tasks with measurable improvements.
• Ability to move between research and implementation to ship what works.
• Strong understanding of evaluating datasets and failure analysis.

Mansioni

• Design experiments to balance accuracy, latency and cost.
• Own evaluation framework with high‑quality datasets and golden answers.
• Explore post‑training methods, including supervised fine‑tuning and RL.
