JPMorgan Chase in London leads Market Operations with an Applied AI & ML Lead who will drive strategy, design, and delivery of AI/ML solutions across a team of scientists and engineers. You will partner with business stakeholders and technology leaders to ensure scalable, production-ready AI capabilities that transform operations.

The role requires strong leadership, deep AI/ML expertise, and the ability to translate complex data problems into practical business outcomes while staying current

Qualificações

• BSc/MSc in Data Science, CS, AI, or a closely related field.
• Leadership experience in AI/ML, including leading teams and projects from conception to production.
• Strong foundation in AI/ML concepts and practical experience with data analysis, feature engineering, and model development.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and applying statistical analysis.
• Hands-on experience training, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g. scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with MLOps practices and tools for managing the ML lifecycle.
• Experience building and deploying Generative AI applications, including familiarity with LLMOps.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as a leader within cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to senior business stakeholders and non-technical audiences.

• Champion documentation of methodologies, results, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML advancements and apply relevant techniques to business problems.
• Represent the team in cross-functional forums and communicate technical concepts clearly.

As an Applied AI & ML Lead in the Market Operations team, you will drive the strategy, design, and delivery of AI/ML solutions that enhance and transform Market Operations. You will lead a team of scientists and engineers, partner with business stakeholders and technology leaders, and ensure the successful implementation and scaling of AI-driven tools. You will identify opportunities, set technical direction, and deliver measurable impact through innovative AI/ML applications. Your leadership will help foster a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
