Job summary

You will work with strategic clients to understand their world, prototype solutions, and ship AI-powered capabilities into production. The role emphasizes embedding AI features with core engineering teams and delivering value in client workflows. You'll build agentic systems from idea to production, design tool integrations, and participate in tool deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive professional software engineering experience.
• Experience with Python as primary language.
• Experience with LLM APIs including function calling and structured outputs.
• Comfort with SQL for data exploration and data-grounded AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered agents and tools end-to-end for client projects.
• Design and implement LLM integrations, including prompt engineering and tool calls.
• Define evaluation criteria and test harnesses for AI systems.
• Work directly with clients to validate AI behavior and iterate toward production quality.
• Collaborate with engineering to generalize client work into product features.
• Contribute to shared AI infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
• Monitor and maintain production AI systems focusing on reliability and cost.
