A healthcare organization in the UK is seeking an enthusiastic Applications Team Lead to maintain and develop its community Electronic Patient Record. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical systems and strong leadership skills. We are looking for an enthusiastic, self‑motivated, innovative Applications Team Lead with extensive experience configuring and developing clinical systems in a healthcare setting and strong leadership skills to join our team.
The post holder will lead on the maintenance and development of the Trust’s community Electronic Patient Record and ideally have experience configuring TPP SystmOne. They will be responsible for the day‑to‑day line‑management and performance of the Application Analysts within the community workstream of the Enterprise and Clinical Applications Team, leading on the day‑to‑day running of the system, analysing and interpreting current clinical workflows and designing solutions utilising the clinical system’s advanced functionality.
Please note: this role is office‑based at the Clinical Sciences Building (Salford Royal Hospital) with occasional requirements to visit the main hospitals or community sites. This is a key role in the configuration of the Trust’s clinical applications. The emphasis will be to take a creative and visionary approach to the design and build of the clinical application, using core configuration tools (SQL, C# or SSRS skills are not required).
