Job description

CK Group is recruiting for an Applications Product Specialist to join a company in the diagnostics industry on a contract basis for 9 months.

Salary

Paying £200 - £230 per day PAYE or £265.27 - £305.06 per day UMBRELLA (inside IR35)

Applications Product Specialist Role
  • Handling of external and internal enquiries, eitherremotely or directly
  • Identification and troubleshooting of complexissues
  • Conducting and designing external/internal training
  • Information and knowledge transfer
  • On-site service activities - troubleshooting,installations, commissioning of instruments intoroutine use
Your Background
  • Previous experience of working in a hospital /research laboratory setting
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting experience
  • Tissue/Cellular Pathology/Histology/Histopathology background. Immunohistochemistry/In Situ Hybridisation/ISH/IHC
  • Platforms - Benchmark Ultra/Ultra Plus/XT, Bond, DAKO
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools
  • Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and familiar with working in a multicultural environment
  • Full/clean driving licence & own transport
