Salary: £45,000 - 50,000
Hours: Fulltime – Monday‑Friday (36.5 hours)
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Application Support Manager to lead our Application Support function and ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of core business applications, support and improve a range of business‑critical applications, deliver excellent user experience, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
In this role you will play a key role in optimising cloud‑based applications across learner management systems, educational tools, booking platforms, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. Your work will directly support our mission to create an intuitive, secure, and connected working environment for all colleagues.
This exciting group‑based role would be perfect for an Applications Support Manager who thrives in a cloud‑first environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and can lead and mentor support specialists while working collaboratively across the businesses.
