What You'll Be Doing

• Providing 3rd line support for both in-house and third-party applications.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues across PHP, T-SQL, PowerShell, MySQL, and more.
• Supporting system upgrades, patching, and data imports/exports.
• Monitoring batch jobs and system alerts, including out-of-hours support.
• Collaborating with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
• Improving integration and workflows across business-critical systems.

What You'll Bring

• Strong experience with MySQL and T-SQL for database support and maintenance.
• Hands-on knowledge of PHP, PowerShell, HTML5, JavaScript, and CSS.
