Typical tasks could include providing front-line support and answering customer questions, providing step by step guidance to resolve common issues, carrying out installations and upgrades, identifying process improvements, and designing and executing test procedures.

• Linux desktop and scripting skills, and an understanding of the software development lifecycle
• Full existing right to work in the UK without restriction, time limit, or sponsorship
