Description

As an Application Support Analyst, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our activ8 system runs smoothly. You’ll be the first point of contact for users, helping resolve issues, improve performance, and contribute to the ongoing success of our platform. We have offices in Aberdeen and Edinburgh and are open to hybrid working in either location.

On a typical day, you’ll be…
  • Handling queries from customers and internal stakeholders, monitoring and resolving incidents, and maintaining activ8 sites
  • Prioritising and triaging issues based on urgency and business impact
  • Maintaining knowledge base articles and detailed logs for recurring issues
  • Accurately recording incidents and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution
  • Supporting testing and verification of customer configurations and customisations
  • Collaborating with analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to solve problems
  • Monitoring application performance and escalating issues when needed
