Whilst we continue to grow, we are constantly striving to always attract, recruit, retain, promote, and support a diverse mix of colleagues that create a sense of belonging to the ‘MKM family’ for everyone. • Help maintain, support and improve existing solutions and systems

  • Self-driven, confident to lead and to listen to others
  • Manage and track multiple project / workstreams
  • Desirable
  • Experience of the K8 ERP system
  • Knowledge of Builders’ Merchant operations and systems (or similar volume trades)

This is not a ‘pigeonholed’ role - it encompasses all areas of system delivery and support from creating an initial business specification, ‘hands‑on’ building of that solution, then final delivery. A high degree of interpersonal, analytic, technical and project skills are needed.

Please note this is not a ‘code developer’ or IT infrastructure support role.
