Job summary

Hult International Business School in London is seeking an Application Manager to support the Europe enrollment cycle, guiding applicants from initial submission through admission and retention while assisting Enrollment Advisors and the Product Head.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for candidates, guiding requirements, deadlines, and documentation.
  • Review, process, and track applications across PG intake programs.
  • Ensure Salesforce records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with Enrollment Advisors for smooth handoffs and timely follow-ups.
  • Monitor candidate progress through each stage and proactively flag bottlenecks.
  • Provide scheduling support for candidate interviews, events, and admissions meetings.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and data insights on application trends per region.
  • Maintain organized Salesforce records and candidate communications in line with university initiatives.
  • Support enrollment outreach campaigns with timely, personalized communications.

Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Application Manager to support the enrollment cycle for the Europe team, based in London. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless early-stage experience for students applying to Hult's postgraduate programs, from application through admission and retention, while providing critical administrative and conversion support to Enrollment Advisors and the Product Head.

The ideal candidate is process-driven, sales-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You will play a central role in converting applications, maintaining accurate candidate and university records, and ensuring applicants are well-supported throughout their admissions journey.

Application & Admissions Management
  • Serve as the first point of contact for candidates during the application process, providing guidance on requirements, deadlines, and documentation.
  • Review, process, and track applications across PG intake programs.
  • Ensure all candidate information is accurate and up to date in Salesforce, including university name.
  • Coordinate with Enrollment Advisors to ensure smooth handoffs and timely follow-ups.
  • Monitor candidate progress through each stage of the application funnel and proactively flag any bottlenecks.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Provide logistical and scheduling support for candidate interviews, events, and admissions-related meetings.
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and data insights on application trends per region.
  • Maintain organized Salesforce records, contracts, and candidate communications in line with university initiatives.
  • Support enrollment outreach campaigns, where needed, and ensure communications are consistent, timely, and personalized.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Work closely with Enrollment Advisors to align on outreach, engagement and retention strategies for PG intake programs.
  • Suggest improvements to workflows, tools, and processes to enhance the candidate experience and conversion efficiency.
  • Contribute to delivering an exceptional candidate journey, ensuring professionalism and responsiveness at every touchpoint.
Key Performance Indicators
  • High accuracy and completeness rate for processed applications.
  • Timely response to candidate queries and application-related tasks.
  • Smooth coordination of admissions events and interviews.
  • Strong internal stakeholder feedback on efficiency and reliability.
  • Contribution to achieving or exceeding enrollment targets for Summer Bootcamp and future intake programs.
